• To enable the events team to cater for any dietary requirements or accessibility requirements.

We will not share your personal data with any third parties, except as required by law or with your consent. Your data will be stored and processed in accordance with Bizzabo's Privacy Policy and User Terms of Service. 

Your data will also be stored in a secure environment on a LifeArc server and where marketing consent is given, in a secure MailChimp account, in compliance with GDPR and ECA requirements.  We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. 

Right to withdraw

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent or object to our use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
